Terms of Service
Last updated: June 13, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Certly, an SSL and domain expiry monitoring service operated by IncreoScale ("we", "us", or "our").
Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Certly, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Operator Information
- Business Name: IncreoScale (Representative: Fuya Koizumi)
- Address: Magazan Sangenjaya 2 3F-3, 4-18-15 Taishido, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo 154-0004, Japan

The Service
- Certly monitors the SSL certificates and domain registration of the sites you configure and alerts you before they expire
- Monitoring is provided on a best-effort basis and is not a guarantee that every expiry or issue will be detected or delivered
- You are responsible for renewing your own certificates and domains; Certly only provides notifications
Subscription Terms
- Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled
- You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at each renewal
- Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh
- We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of misuse or non-payment
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the customer portal
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for
- Once your subscription has ended and no payment is outstanding, you may permanently delete your account from your account settings
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day refund window
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund of the subscription amount within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact support@certly.dev.
Note on taxes: Refunds are processed through our payment processor (Polar.sh), which currently does not support refunding the tax portion of payments. Refunds are therefore issued for the subscription amount excluding any applicable taxes. We apologize for this limitation.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us at support@certly.dev of your decision by a clear statement. If you requested to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportional to what was provided until you communicated your withdrawal.
Prohibited Activities
- Using Certly to monitor or probe domains you have no legitimate interest in
- Attempting to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the limits of the service
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source of the service
- Using the service for any illegal activity or to exploit vulnerabilities
- Sharing or reselling access to your account
Disclaimer
- The service is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not warrant that monitoring will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and we are not liable for any expired certificate or domain that the service fails to detect or alert on
- Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service
- Third-party services (certificate authorities, registrars, notification channels) may change and affect functionality
Changes to Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
